Our process begins with your initial inquiry, whether placed via email, phone, or in person. We require a 50% deposit to initiate your order, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the design process and approval of the final sketch. Within 72 hours, you’ll receive a detailed sketch illustrating your memorial’s design, allowing you the opportunity to request any necessary adjustments before we proceed to production. We accept credit cards and checks for full payment.
Setting a monument requires careful attention to detail and the use of high-quality materials. Because we’re committed to ensuring your memorial is built to last – utilizing our premium granite and experienced craftsmanship – the setting process is a significant investment. We only produce products that we are proud of, and to ensure complete satisfaction, we need to fully understand the history of the piece’s construction. The price of a headstone is determined by factors including granite color and size. Our popular 24”L x 12”D x 4”H flat granite headstone, particularly in our most economical light grey option, provides a base price that covers all lettering and design work. Additional costs will apply for the concrete border, setting, plot staking fees, and applicable taxes.
Our pricing is inclusive of all lettering and design, drawn from our extensive art book. However, for any custom artwork you’d like incorporated, there may be an additional charge.
The timeframe for installation depends on a few factors. Once you’ve approved your headstone design, delivery, and installation typically take 8–12 weeks. Weather conditions can also sometimes affect the timeline, so we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
